I'm worried and I don't know who to talk to
Sometimes it can feel that no one is listening to you, no one
understands you and there is no one you feel okay talking to. There
might be a lot going on in your life so you feel you can't cope.
You might be feeling scared and alone. But there is a lot of
support out there.

What can I talk to them about?
Anything that's getting you down. This could be money, exams or
worries about school, college or work, because you are self-harming
or being abused, or perhaps because you are concerned about
relationships with friends, partners or family. You can contact
Samaritans at any time of the day or night about any personal
issues
What will they do for me?
One of the Samaritans will listen to you and give you the
time and space that could help you to find a way through your
worries and concerns? They don't judge or advise, and they're
there 24 hours a day.
Relate Relate offers
advice, relationship counselling, sex therapy, workshops,
mediation, consultations and support face-to-face, by phone and
through this website.
The Ivy Centre
also offers a Counselling in Sexual Health (CISH) service. For more

Drugs and Alcohol
