Except where indicated these are ‘Walk-in’ family planning and sexual health services with Doctors and Nurses

Please note: ‘Walk-in’ clinics have a maximum patient limit.  Once we have reached this, patients will be asked if they can attend another clinic.

The Clinic is closed on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 12noon -4pm. The evening walk-in family planning clinic resumes from 5pm - 7pm

Services provided are free, open access, confidential and non-judgemental.

• Contraception
• Long Acting Reversible Contraception-(LARC)
• Emergency contraception
• Under 24yrs chlamydia screening
• On the spot pregnancy testing
• Termination of pregnancy referral (under special circumstances)
• Full sexual health screening and treatment available when there are no symptoms  

General notes:

Except where indicated these are Walk In clinics, Sexual and Reproductive Health including Family Planning Services with doctors and nurses.

For Long Acting Reversible Contraception/(LARC)clinics – (IUD/IUS/Implant Fittings or Removals) please call for an appointment (020 8430 8201).

If you are visiting the Walk In clinics at the Sexual and Reproductive Health including Family Planning Services please allow 15 minutes for registration and booking in to the clinic. Walk In clinics have a maximum patient limit - once reached, patients will be offered an alternative session.

STI testing is available for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV and syphilis only.

Patients with symptoms, e.g. lumps, warts, discharge etc; will be sign posted to the Department of Sexual Health at Whipps Cross University NHS Hospital.

STI treatment is only provided for chlamydia.

For treatment of other STIs patients will also be sign posted to the Department of Sexual Health at Whipps Cross University NHS Hospital.
